Is your site secure for online ordering?
Aquaverve.com is concerned with the safety and security of our customers. Therefore, we put a number of technological protections in place to ensure that each transaction is secure. For additional security, please be aware that you:

  • Always keep your passwords private and secure
  • Maintain passwords that are not easy to guess
  • Will never be contacted by an Aquaverve.com representative via email or phone and be asked to disclose your password information.

How do I find an item?
Finding your item on our site is extremely easy. You may use the search field located on every screen to search by a particular model number, category, manufacturer or description. You can also choose to search using the pull-down fields in any combination to search by category, style, manufacturer, and price.

Can I ship to P.O. Box?
At this time we are not able to ship to any P.O. Box.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only accept orders from within the United States and Canada online.  Though we routinely ship all over the world, special arrangements must be made in advance for these orders. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Where is my order shipping from and how soon will it ship?
Almost all of Aquaverve's products are stocked in our New Jersey warehouse.  Typically this enables us to ship your product within 1 business day.

How much does shipping cost?
Aquaverve ships most orders by FedEx ground.  We have found that this provides the highest level of service, safety, and reliability.   Aquaverve's shipping rates are the most reasonable in the industry as we simply attempt to recover the average discounted cost incurred.  If you have any shipping questions please do not hesitate to email our shipping department at shipping@aquaverve.com.

How do I check the status of my order?
When you place an order you will have an account at Aquaverve.com. You will be able to change personal information and check the recent status of any order using the "My Account" feature.

How can I cancel an order?
There are several ways you can cancel your order that has not yet shipped. You can cancel any order by emailing customer service at customerservice@aquaverve.com or by calling 1.877.299.7634. However, you cannot cancel an order if the order has already been shipped.
