All stainless, removable reservoir does a fantastic job keeping the water cold and is easy to clean . . . but most importantly, it appears based on research and discussions with Aquaverve, that all the materials used are safe for my family. "I love my new Pacifik water cooler - it's the best water cooler I've ever used. I ended up calling in my order (which was a snap) because I couldn't get the online ordering form to work properly. Specifically, I added the wrong item to my cart and then I couldn't figure out how to update the contents of my cart - moreover, when I tried to start over, my original cart would automatically appear... ultimately, I just called it in."

"First cooler shipped did not cool. Replacement however was very efficiently handled and appreciated. So, with the first cooler I would have given it a 1, but the replacement cooler gets a 5. Avg. 3 as shown.
Do love the new cooler though, works great!"
