SWEET AND SOUR PURE VINIFERA GRAPE JUICE

Detailed Description: Sweet and sour pure vinifera grape juice from early to icewine harvest.
Uses: 8 Brix is made from the juice of premium vinifera (wine) grapes literally chosen bunch by bunch by walking the vineyard, inspecting each vine and then hand-picking the grapes.  They are pressed in small volumes at five intervals between August and January. Unripe and green in August through ice wine ready in January.   Each ripening stage introduces a distinct flavour profile that blends seamlessly into the next.

Use this sweet and sour twist on verjus to enhance sweet or savory foods by adding a few drops to sauces or finished meats, fish and shellfish, vegetables, in pastry, quiches, soups, stews and marinades.  It's great as a mix in cocktails.  8 Brix Red or White enhances the flavor of most ingredients, and adjusts the acidity to finish.
All Natural: Red and White 8 Brix Verjus are available. 8 Brix Verjus is made once a year, if the growing and weather conditions permit.
