Detailed Description: 8 Brix is a sweet and sour, wine-friendly alternative to vinegar, citrus or acidic components. Premium wine grapes selected and hand-picked at 5 ripening intervals, from icewine to unripe, are pressed and blended, then sterile filtered with no preservatives or coloring.
